Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Closter Hub (“Closter Hub,” “we,” “us”) for use of ClosterHub.com and related listing tools. By scrolling to the end and accepting, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not claim a listing, submit an organization, or create an owner account.
Closter Hub is a local directory and publishing site for businesses and organizations in Closter, New Jersey. It is not a law firm, insurer, broker, or payment processor for deals between you and the public.
Who may claim or submit
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you have authority to represent the business or organization you claim or submit. You are responsible for the accuracy of names, contact details, photos, hours, offers, events, and any other content you provide.
If you are not authorized to act for that organization, do not submit a claim. We may reject, suspend, or remove a listing or owner login at any time.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Closter Hub a non-exclusive license to host, display, edit for formatting, and distribute that content on the site and in related channels (for example social posts that point to a listing).
You warrant that your content does not infringe anyone else’s rights, is not unlawful, and is not misleading. We may refuse or take down content without notice.
No professional advice
Listings, articles, specials, events, maps, and other material on Closter Hub are for general information. They are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You rely on them at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
Closter Hub is not responsible for any harm, loss, injury, damage, claim, or expense incurred in connection with the site, a listing, a claim, a submission, an event, a special or offer, user content, third-party websites, or any dealing between you and a visitor, customer, vendor, or other person.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Closter Hub, its operators, and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, or any other theory, even if we were told such damages were possible.
If a court finds we have any liability to you, that liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Closter Hub for paid listing tools in the three months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that listings or search results are complete or current. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Closter Hub and its operators against claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your listing, your content, your claim or submission, your use of the site, or your breach of these Terms.
Third-party services
The site may link to maps, payment tools, social networks, or other third-party sites. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms. The version date appears at the top of this page. Continued use after a posted change means you accept the new Terms. We may stop offering the site or an owner account at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Bergen County, New Jersey, have exclusive venue, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
